Charles serves as the President for the company and also as our representative for North Florida and New Jersey. He resides in Jacksonville, Florida and works in our home office.
Charles has many years of successful, in depth direct field sales experience with Charles A. Perry & Company, as well as serving as Sales Manager for the past eleven years.
Charles is the son of Charles A. Perry, and started his marine career in our warehouse at age fourteen acquiring a lifetime of valuable exposure to the marine industry and learning first hand the in's and out's of the marine business.
Charles is married and has two children.

Betsy is our in-house customer service representative, and OEM and Aftermarket coordinator. She joined us in January 1990. Betsy's background includes extensive marine experience at the distributor and dealer levels with knowledge in both power and sail. Betsy manages the wharehouse and shipping departments for Charles A. Perry, as well as trouble-shooting for all the principals. She also coordinates activities associated with shows, sales meetings, special events and programs.
In addition, Betsy also heads up the Fluid Technologies division of the company. A newly formed subsidiary of Charles A. Perry & Company, Fluid Technologies has filled a need for Teleflex and Hynautic hydraulic repair, Lewmar Windlass warranty and repair, and the distribution of Sterling/Polar Sinks.
A resident of Jacksonville, Florida. Betsy enjoys sailing on the St. Johns River.

Mike Caudle has been our representative in Louisiana and Arkansas since 1977. He lives in Kenner, Louisiana (New Orleans).
For over thirty-three years, Mike has been a very effective representative not only in pleasure boats, but also in the commercial market along the Gulf Coast.
Previously, Mike was with O.J. Marine Supply Distributors in Dallas and Houston, Texas for four years. He began in inside sales and was promoted to Operations Manager of the Dallas Branch within six months. Two years later, he was promoted as the General Purchasing Manager for all four of O.J.'s branches in Houston Texas.
Mike also has retail experience including merchandising accessories as a parts manager, rigging and selling boats.
Mike is a past Regional Chairman for the National Marine Representatives Association.
For hobbies, Mike has raced outboards, drag boats, and bass fished on a tournament level.
Mike is married and has three children.

John P. Dority is our representative in Southwest Florida and is headquartered in Sarasota, Florida.
John has thirty plus years of marine experience including a successful six years as a sales representative for Donovan Marine in New Orleans. He served eight years with Loe's Marine of Shreveport, Louisiana where he began selling OMC parts. John also spent several years as a boat representative selling Glastron and Sportcraft boats. His marine experience began as a retail salesman and then as a sales manager.
John is married and has one child. He enjoys boating and has served as a regular crewman on large racing sailboats on the Gulf Coast.

John joined the Charles A. Perry Company in November of 1997 and is currently servicing the Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri area. John comes to the firm with an extensive background in the marine industry. He was employed previously with B & M Seating Company where he began as V. P. of Sales and eventually ended up with the General Manager title as well. His main focus at that time was sales growth and maintaining margins. One of John's accomplishments was introducing B & M Seating Company to the OEM market which increased sales about thirty percent. Prior to B & M Seating Company, John worked for the Wise Company Inc. where he was employed as a salesman and eventually was promoted to V.P. of Sales.
John is a single father of two adult children and resides in Memphis, Tennessee.

Bill Owen is our representative in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia
Bill came to the Charles A. Perry Company from Atwood Mobile Products where he was employed for over fifteen years. His job responsibilities included sales in the van conversion, RV and marine industries in excess of fourty million dollars covering OEM and aftermarket customers.
Bill also served as a successful Marketing Representative for Armstrong World Industries in Lancaster, PA covering the Midwest territory earlier in his career.
Bill is married with three children and enjoys fishing and hunting in his free time.

Scott is our representative for South Florida.
He is a 15 year veteran of the marine industry. His career began as a professional fisherman. Through his sponsors, he attended boat builder dealer meetings where he started working as a pro-staffer for Dunkin-Lewis, a major rep firm in the tackle industry. This eventually earned him a sales position with the company.
He moved to the Iowa territory for them and covered all the 2-step distribution in that area. He was responsible for developing and maintaining the dealer base as well.
Dunkin-Lewis then moved him to Stuart, Florida to handle the entire state representing Johnson Outdoors (Humminbird, Minn Kota, and Cannon downriggers). He was responsible for 2-step, dealer and OEM business. He has been in Florida and that capacity for 4 years, so his Florida market knowledge is extensive.
Scott is married with 3 sons, one 16 and twins 14 and lives in Stuart, Florida. He likes to hunt and fish and enjoy his sons' athletic sports, football and baseball.

Chris is our representative for Georgia and Eastern Tennessee
Chris has over 20 years of experience in the boating and fishing industry. He was formally with Humminbird Fish Finders, a division of Johnson Outdoors. While at Humminbird, Chris was a technician for the Engineering Staff before accepting a position with the Sales and Marketing team. His duties inclued custom boat installations for Pro staff and Writers conferences, Dealer and After Market training on product knowledge and application, and Dealer and After Market show support.
Chris has one daughter and resides in Eufaula, Alabama, where he enjoys hunting, fishing and playing softball.
